Good Afternoon,
Happy new year to everyone, although there is a Déjà vu feeling at the moment…
Following the news of yet another national lockdown, Just like before we ask all those who wish to seek a freeze on their membership for the period of the lockdown to contact lewis@apresort.co.uk . This exercise creates a lot of work in the office and therefore we ask you to be patient for a response from Lewis. Please note, this email must be received by Wednesday 20th January.
All those that are paying on Direct Debit would have already paid for January unfortunately, and therefore when the club re-opens you will not be charged for that month, hopefully March all being well.
We would like to take this opportunity to thank each and every one of you for your support during these times.
Stay safe, and we will see you soon.
Kind Regards,
The Dudley Family
Kind Regards,
Lewis DudleyHello,
As you may all be aware, we are once again forced to close the doors for 4 weeks starting tomorrow (05th November) whilst we commence a national lockdown.
Just like before we ask all those who wish to seek a freeze on their membership for a 30 day period to contact lewis@apresort.co.uk . This exercise creates a lot of work in the office and therefore we ask you to be patient for a response from Lewis. Please note, this email must be received by Friday 20th November.
We would like to take this opportunity to thank you each and every one of you for your support during these times, and a big shout out to all the members who have continued their membership despite the lockdowns, it has not gone unnoticed.
Whilst we are closed for business, all active members are welcome to walk the golf course for their daily exercise following the government guidelines. We ask that you do not walk on the Golf Course greens and you must leave before dark. DO NOT bring your golf clubs!
Stay safe, and we will see you very soon.
Kind Regards,
The Dudley Family

I would like to thank you for your patience. Please be advised we have been inundated with requests and are working as quickly as possible and will not be able to respond to everybody individually.
For those who have emailed to freeze your Direct Debit membership payments, I can confirm this has been actioned and your will not be charged for April and following months. Please refrain from cancelling your Direct Debit at the bank.
For those who have emailed to freeze your prepaid annual memberships, I can confirm this has been actioned and your membership will be extended for the amount of days we are closed.
Finally, for those who have emailed to offer their support and continue paying for membership we would like to thank you for generosity through these difficult times, it means a lot.
I would like to thank you again for your patience and politely request that you refrain from chasing for an update, so we can get to your request quicker.
If you have not already done so, it is essential you email lewis@apresort.co.uk if you would like to freeze your membership.
In the meantime, I hope you all keep well.
Dear Member,
Following the announcement from the Prime Minister Friday evening (20/03/2020), we are devastated to announce the closure of Alexander Park in a fight against COVID-19.
This is the first time since we opened in February 2011 we have shut the doors on our members, excluding Christmas and New Years, and as I sit here writing this I can't help but feel emotionally overwhelmed. The safety of our staff, members and visitors and everybody out there is absolutely critical and therefore we fully support our government's decision.
We would like to take this opportunity to thank all of our members who have emailed and called yesterday evening and this morning offering their full support and dedication to Alexander Park, your ongoing support over the years has helped us grow this beautiful local family run complex to where it is today.
With the closure time scale unknown at this stage, we understand this is a financially difficult time for us all and should you wish to freeze your membership we kindly ask you to email lewis@apresort.co.uk in order to do so. Please do refrain from cancelling your membership at the bank as we use a third party Direct Debit collector, in doing so you will automatically be charged additional fee's. We also ask Pre Paid members also email too.
Once again, thank you all for your continued support and we hope to see you on the other side.

We are still going ahead with all of our classes, however there will be some changes enforced for the protection of staff and members. If possible we would advise members to bring their own exercise mats.
