Cancellation Policy
We kindly ask that all treatments and spa day bookings are cancelled with at least 24 hours’ notice. Any cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment time will incur a charge of 50% of the total booking value. This policy applies to all bookings, including those made using gift vouchers. This policy allows us to manage our appointments effectively and offer availability to other guests.
